I’d like to thank everyone who submitted a white paper to our OASIS mailbox. We received a great response and are now working our way through all of the materials submitted. As we’ve stated here repeatedly, only those companies who submitted a white paper by the announced deadline would be guaranteed a follow-up One-on-One session, but that we would consider adding additional sessions based on demand and our capacity. I’m happy to announce that we will be able to accommodate every company which submitted a white paper by the deadline!
If you submitted a white paper, you will be receiving a call or an email from the OASIS Team next week to either confirm your time (if you have already registered) or to inform you of your assigned time slot (if you had not previously registered). To simplify the process, we have designated dates and times for these additional sessions. These are non-negotiable. We do not have the time or resources to try to balance the calendars of all companies. If you cannot make it during your assigned time slot, please try to find alternate representatives for your company. We can also do teleconferences during the time slot. We have tried to identify companies from outside the DC metro area and give them sessions on Tuesday, May 14 but I cannot promise that we have been perfect in this regard.
I’d like to personally thank those companies who had reserved time slots but who were willing to concede them to companies interested in priming the opportunity. You made our lives a lot easier and that is greatly appreciated.
