One-on-One Reminders & Industry Day Videos - April 24, 2013

Hello Industry Partners, The OASIS Industry Day and one-on-one sessions are right around the corner. The team here is looking forward to sharing the latest updates with all of you and most important, hearing your feedback on the Draft RFPs. That said, it is crucial that all of you who have signed up for a one-on-one session send in your white papers to the OASIS mailbox at oasis@gsa.gov. As noted, the “price of admission” for a one-on-one is a white paper focused on the draft RFPs. If we do not receive white papers from all registrants by 9:00 AM EDT on May 1, your appointment will be cancelled. No extensions, no exceptions. Companies seeking a one-on-one and that have submitted white papers prior to the deadline, could be contacted for backfilling any such cancellations.

Please note that both OASIS and OASIS SB Industry Day sessions will be video recorded and posted to the OASIS Interact site. We expect to make the videos available shortly after the event; please be patient on their posting..

We are also planning to post our slides from the Industry Day sessions shortly thereafter as well. Rest assured that anything shared at Industry Day will also be shared on the OASIS Interact site. Please continue to monitor the site for such postings.

Were the 2 colleagues I registered online for Industry Day supposed to receive confirmations?

Good morning!For those of us who would like to be on the wait list for any open one-on-one sessions, or for additional ones if added, are there any other steps to notify of intent besides submission of the white paper? I looked and verified that the registration form is closed.Thank you for your time.

We will assess our capabilities to add additional one-on-one sessions in the context of the demand as represented by submitted white papers. You do not need to do anything at this point beyond submit the white paper as instructed.
