Industry One-on-Ones Scheduled May 14-17 - Registration Closed

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we would like to let you know that registration for one-on-one sessions is now CLOSED. We have reached maximum capacity; however, we are planning to set up a wait list after May 1 and encourage companies to submit white papers until that date.

As previously discussed, we are going to conduct a new round of one-on-one sessions with Industry to discuss the draft RFPs. The “price of admission” is, once again, a white paper, this time focused on the draft RFPs. This does not replace the more formal Q&A process. Please continue to submit your questions about the RFPs as already described. Instead, this white paper should discuss your comments, suggestions, and observations of the drafts, our approach, our innovative features, etc.

The one-on-one sessions will be held at our offices in Crystal City, VA from Tuesday, May 14 through Friday, May 17. We would like to reserve the sessions on Tuesday for those parties which are travelling to the DC area for the Industry Day on May 13. Currently, we plan to conduct one-on-ones during 6 thirty minute time slots each day. We will hold up to 3 sessions concurrently, thus allowing for 72 sessions. If there is excess demand, we may add a fourth concurrent session and/or a seventh daily time slot.

As before, these sessions are not meant for capabilities briefings, networking, or other “Get to Know You” purposes. They are intended to allow for a focused discussion of issues directly related to the RFPs. We prefer that only those companies actively and seriously planning to bid as primes on either OASIS or OASIS Small Business participate. Companies interested in teaming as subcontractors at the task order level can register their interest via our Industry Contact Form.

We invite you to register for one of the sessions using this Registration Form. Please select ONLY ONE session for your company. Duplicate sessions submitted from the same company will be deleted. Once you have chosen an appointment and submit your information, it cannot be rescheduled. Please note: Session schedule may change and registration is subject to confirmation.

We reserve the right to re-arrange the schedule as necessary, but want to avoid burdening our staff with excessive scheduling challenges, so please check the calendars of your intended participants before selecting a timeslot. We ask that only one person from your company registers for the session; however, each company can bring up 3 attendees in total. Again, if you are local to the DC metro area, please try to stick to Wed, Thurs, or Friday. You should submit your white papers to the OASIS mailbox at oasis@gsa.gov.

The time between posting the information for the one-on-one sessions was less than 24 hours ago, however you have already closed the opportunity to register for one-on-ones. It does not seem that this was enough time for interested parties to be aware of the one-on-one registration. Is the govt intending on opening up another one-on-one session opportunity, especially for SB. If not, can govt please justify why the short turn-around time other than # of interested contractors.

The Interact system time stamps blog posts whenever we reply to a comment so it shows that it was last updated a little over 24 hours ago when in reality the original blog was posted 4 business days ago. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
The one-on-one industry time slots filled up very quickly. Would GSA consider adding addition time slots for companies that are preparing white papers?
