USAccess Supports Hurricane Relief Efforts

The USAccess Team has been working to support credentialing centers in areas affected by the recent hurricanes that have hit the country. The USAccess Helpdesk has provided extended hours to assist with technical issues as agencies work to get sites up and running. The MSO is available to provide extended support as agencies need. Please email GSA MSO at gsamso@gsa.gov if additional assistance is needed.

Because of these efforts, Release 11 was pushed back one week and will go into production this weekend, Sept. 30 to Oct. 1. See the Service Enhancement below for additional details.

Release 11.1 (formerly 11.X) has also been pushed one week and is scheduled to go into production the weekend of Oct. 21. The MSO appreciates your patience and understanding.
