USAccess Strategy Session Recap

Thanks to the USAccess customer community for attending the August 26-27 USAccess strategy session. The MSO hosted over 100 USAccess customers, policy makers and industry stakeholders. The goal was to identify ways to improve overall customer service and make the USAccess Program more secure, efficient, and effective. The session featured policy discussions from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP) designed to identify the impacts of new identity management policies and mandates and technology presentations from industry focused on emerging technologies. The feedback received will help with the development of a roadmap to enhance the USAccess business model and services moving forward.
