Thank you for a Rewarding Year

The MSO would like to thank you for allowing us to serve you for another year. As 2018 draws to a close, the MSO reflects on our accomplishments for the year. We welcomed three new customer agencies to the USAccess program, moved to an upgraded data center, and completed 72% of transition (2812 of 3927 pieces of equipment have been transitioned to date).

Serving approximately 120 agencies with more than 643,000 active credentials and completing over 344,236 million enrollments this year, we know delivering quality service can be a challenge. In 2018, the MSO made a conscious effort to improve communication to customers and provide more value through the USAccess Help Desk, HSPD-12 Help Desk and the MSO Inbox. Our goal, as always, is to work with you to provide the best PIV credential services possible and to meet your service expectations.
