GSA is offering its industry partners an opportunity to learn and talk about government-wide category management subcontracting and building a better opportunity pipeline within the Professional Services Category (PSC). 
 
The next virtual Information Exchange Forums (IEF) Round Tables are:
The purpose of the IEF is to capture industry data, insight and recommendations on category specific issues in a structured manner that supports business cases and category management strategic plans.
 
Due to the nature of the discussion, there will be a soft-cap to ensure we don’t hit technological constraints and to encourage a discussion among participants. We’re also exploring ways to make the meeting more engaging beyond a straight presentation format.

To participate in the IEF as a SMALL BUSINESS, a company must have the following attributes:
  • Active in the Management Advisory Services, Technical & Engineering Services, Research & Development or Financial Services subcategories
  • Under small business threshold for all NAICS associated with SAM.gov registration
  • Awarded a task order with the federal government in the last two fiscal years
To participate in the IEF as a MID-TIER, a company must have the following attributes:
  • Actively providing contracted support services in the Management Advisory Services, Technical & Engineering Services, Research & Development or Financial Services subcategories
  • Awarded a task order with the federal government in the last two fiscal years
And at least one of the following:
  • Considered a small business under at least one NAICS code and considered an other than small business under another NAICS code
  • Recently surpassed (in the past three years) the small business socioeconomic limits in a professional services NAICS
  • A member of an industry association for mid-tier companies
  • Less than 5x the revenue of the largest NAICS small business threshold 
To participate in the IEF as a LARGE, a company must have the following attributes:
  • Actively providing contracted support services in the Management Advisory Services, Technical & Engineering Services, Research & Development or Financial Services subcategories
  • Awarded a task order with the federal government in the last two fiscal years
  • Not considered a small business under any NAICS codes
  • 5x the revenue of the largest NAICS small business threshold
