Changes/updates since last Blue Top

• January 9-10, 2021: Routine monthly maintenance was completed as scheduled.  

Planned system events

• February 6-7, 2021: Routine monthly maintenance is scheduled for this weekend.  Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from Saturday, February 6 through Sunday, February 7.

• February 13-15, 2021: Release 19.5 is scheduled for Production this weekend.  The release consists of several updates to the USAccess portals, improvements to the Assured Identity Scheduler, and other backend changes. The current Release Notice is posted to the Agency Lead Portal (ALP). Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from Saturday, February 13 through Monday, February 15.

• February 27-28, 2021: Routine monthly maintenance is scheduled for this weekend.  Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from Saturday, February 27 through Sunday, February 28.

Please be aware that planned maintenance periods can sometimes result in unanticipated delays in service. We will notify you of unanticipated delays. Please ensure that systems are operable prior to your first appointment following a maintenance weekend.
