Service Enhancements – June 2018

Changes/updates since last Blue Top

  • May 19-20: USAccess Release 12.3 was completed as scheduled.
  • June 2-3: Routine monthly maintenance and Entrust datacenter migration were completed as scheduled.

Planned system events

  • June 22-24: Annual Disaster Recovery Exercise
    The USAccess service will be unavailable from 6 p.m. ET on Friday, June 22 through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 24 for the annual disaster recovery exercise. Sites that normally operate during Friday evening should be sure to block their schedules during this time.
  • June 30-July 1: USAccess Software Release 13 scheduled for production
    Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, June 30 through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, July 1. A draft Excel spreadsheet outlining the changes included in this release is posted on the Agency Lead Portal, and a Word version of the release notice will be posted by end of this week that will include screenshots. Routine monthly maintenance will also occur this weekend.
  • August 4-5: Routine Monthly Maintenance
    Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, August 4 through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 5.

Please be aware that planned maintenance periods can sometimes result in unanticipated delays in service. Please assure that systems are operable prior to your first appointment following a maintenance weekend. We will notify you of unanticipated delays.
