Service Enhancements – April 2019

Changes/updates since last Blue Top

  • March 23-24: USAccess Release 15.1 was pushed to production after being rescheduled from the previous weekend.
     
  • March 30-31: Routine monthly maintenance was completed as scheduled. This maintenance also included an update made to the Connect to Assured Identity (F5) icon (located on LCS kits and used to connect to the Enrollment portal). Users saw that an update was processing when logging in the tool the first time post-change. This only affected LCS kits and only appeared on first log of the Connect to Assured Identity tool.

Planned system events

  • May 4-5: Routine monthly maintenance is scheduled for this weekend. Please plan for the USAccess service to be unavailable from 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 4 through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 5.

    Please be aware that planned maintenance periods can sometimes result in unanticipated delays in service. Please assure that systems are operable prior to your first appointment following a maintenance weekend. We will notify you of unanticipated delays.
