S3I Site Tour Registration

The purpose of the tour is to provide support and background information for programmatic and technical data. To ensure fairness of the acquisition process, questions will NOT be accepted during the tour. All questions will need to be written on index cards (will be provided) and handed to the identified Government representative. The Site Tour questions will be answered in writing and posted on the Virtual Reading Room. CLASSIFIED information will NOT be discussed at any time.

Keep in mind - the size of each lab will vary and therefore the tour will be given in groups. This will be a walking tour and therefore comfortable clothing and walking shoes are strongly recommended. ABSOLUTELY NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES, TO INCLUDE SMART WATCHES, WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE FACILITY.

Additional Site Tour information will be posted as soon as it becomes available, i.e., agenda, duration, S3I labs, etc.  Each attendee will be assigned to a group.  Each group will receive an email from the GSA mailbox aasd.armys3i@gsa.gov with their scheduled Site Tour time and other Site Tour details.

In the days leading up to the Site Tour, please check the Virtual Reading Room.  The Software Life Cycle Development Acquisition Team anticipates release of reference materials (e.g., lab descriptions, lab safety and equipment list, labs to be toured, site tour scripts).

Your company must be registered with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to attend this event.  The Joint Certification Program (JCP) was established to certify contractors of each country for access, on an equally favorable basis, to unclassified technical data disclosing critical technology controlled by the Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5230.25 and, in Canada, by the Technical Data Control Regulations.  Information and documents to be presented at this event are labeled Distribution Statement C in accordance with DoD Instruction 5230.24 - Distribution Statements on Technical Documents.  Also reference DoD Directive 5230.25, Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data From Public Disclosure.

As always, should you have any questions please contact our team at aasd.armys3i@gsa.gov.
