USAccess Software Release 13.0.5 is scheduled for production the weekend of July 28, which will include changes to the server side of the Web Enrollment application used on FCUs and MCUs. These changes will improve the response time for Registrars when capturing biometrics and pictures during enrollment, and when saving the enrollment record. A draft release notice is posted on the Agency Lead Portal.
In advance of this release, new installers for LA (v4.4) and MCUs (v1.4) will be posted on the USAccess SFTP server on Friday, July 27.
The MCU installer is a mandatory update that must be applied around this release in order to continue to complete enrollments. This update CANNOT be applied prior to Release 13.0.5, as the enrollment changes included in this installer do not work with the current credentialing infrastructure.
The MCU installer includes the client-side changes needed on MCUs to take advantage of the Web Enrollment performance improvements in the release. The LA Installer includes a Java update (v8 update 171). Please see the LA and MCU installer release notice posted on the Agency Lead Portal for more information on these two installers.
