OSBU on Facebook!

OSBU is in the process of developing a Fan Page on Facebook. Why? Because we want to be where small businesses access their information. We are expanding where you can get the information you seek. Whether it is training events, procurement opportunities, GSA updates or regional news - we want to meet you where you go for answers. We have also added Twitter to Facebook and what we post to Facebook will go on Twitter and of course it will all come here to interact thorugh our RSS Feeds. We are also updating our website which is scheduled to go live by EXPO next week as well as an update to the Doing Business with GSA publication that so many of you depend on for cohesive information about partnering with GSA. We have so much instore for you in the near future and even more to come before the we end this Fiscal Year!

Thank you small business for motivating us as we seek to exceed your expecations. We hope to see you next week at EXPO as we provide a wealth of specail services just for you.

Safe travels! We will talk to you soon.

Follow GSA OSBU on all our social media sites by going to www.gsa.gov/smallbizhelp . Link to us through the right navigation bar.

Thanks for the tip WebGirl and will be sure to include this page and individual links when appropriate!

We are still learning so tips are a great way to help us serve you better!

Now that it is live, may I suggest revising this post to have the url to the Facebook page in as well as any other social media links. As a web developer, to me when you write an article talking about a special topic and then there are no links, to have to go track it down is tedious. This is just my perspective. I do like how it seems the govt seems to really be embracing social media. I follow GSA on Twitter as well as many agencies and it's very interesting what you learn about them!

Thank you for checking out what we are posting and being a part of the solution. Let us know what other sources you would like to see our information! We want to be there to provide information whereever you need us!

The facebook page was very helpful. Thank you for all the updates.

thank you

When you posted I was still pretty new to Interact and since have learned to get around so first I want to appologize for not replying sooner. It is wonderful that you are utilizing all the efforts we put out there to help you partner with our agency and even better that you are getting results. Please check out our other disucssion boards also - we want to hear more from you.

I joined the Facebook page for OSDBU after I attended the procurement conference in DC in April. I really learned alot, made some great contacts, and even gained a client from it. I truly recommend it for folks new to government contracting.
