Opportunity to Register for GSA Contact Center Technology & Services Industry Meetings

The General Services Administration (GSA) will host one-on-one industry meetings for all interested industry partners who offer contact center technologies and services. 

 

Background:

GSA recently announced that efforts are underway to establish a follow-on contract solution to the $2.5 billion USA Contact IDIQ, a contract vehicle that offers contact center services and technology to federal agencies. 

 

Purpose:

The purpose of the industry meetings is for GSA to gain insights into industry partner capabilities in the contact center space and better understand the advances in the industry. We’re specifically interested in the current state of contact center-related technology as well as any anticipated future advances that could benefit federal agency contact center operations.

This registration form will remain open through Friday, June 2, 2017. Please note, industry partners can bring a total of two people to represent their company. 

 

Upon completion of the registration form, GSA will reach out within a week to interested participants to schedule each 45 minute session.
