The MSO is evaluating OMB’s MAX Federal Community as a collaboration and file-sharing tool. The plan is to migrate existing resources from the ALP (USAccess Agency Lead Portal) and perhaps other locations to MAX, thereby providing a single website that:

• is accessible to all federal agencies,
• is user-friendly to improve the sharing of information and documents,
• meets security requirements by limiting access to the MSO and agency-approved users, and
• improves project management-related processes.
