OASIS Industry Day Scheduled for May 13 - Registration Closed

Hello, Industry Partners! We know you’re glad that we’ve posted the draft RFPs and are looking forward to Industry Day. Industry Day will be held on May 13th, 2013 at GSA headquarters at 1800 F Street, NW, Washington DC 20405. The event will be held in the main auditorium on the first floor.

There will be two Industry Day sessions, one for OASIS SB starting at 9:00am EST; and one for OASIS starting at 1:00pm EST. As we said in our blog on March 13, 2013, the sessions will be video recorded and available the following week for viewing by any interested party. We are currently exploring options for WebEx or Video Streaming capabilities.

Because seating will be limited, we have established some preliminary ground rules for attendance.

1. Each company may only attend one session or the other. Companies cannot send one representative to one session and a different representative to the other. Both representatives must attend the same session.

2. Each company may have a maximum of two representatives at their session.

3. If the number of interested persons that sign up exceed seating capacity, we will establish additional rules for how the seats will be allocated. We will publish those rules in a future blog if necessary.

Companies interested in attending Industry Day must sign up by Friday, April 26th. You can sign up for one of the two sessions by filling out the OASIS Industry Registration Form. Once the OASIS team has finalized the attendance sheet, all parties will be notified of confirmation or denial of attendance. Please make sure to arrive 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled session you wish to attend to ensure you clear security in a timely manner. Again, seating is limited, so a lot depends on how many companies plan to attend.

I was diligently creating my OASIS blog user name when I saw the post that industry day closed due to the maximum capacity of the room. I'll watch this space for future announcment on the off chance you move to a larger venue. Any comment as to the likelihood of such an announcment?

Companies have until April 26th to register for the industry day, but it appears space is already full. Will more space be provided so that additional companies may sign up by the April 26th deadline? If so, when does GSA anticipate notifying industry? Thank you.

The registration was just opened and now shows that all sessions are full.  Please advise how small businesses can still obtain the information that will be presented as the industry days are critical to our participation.Thanks!

Your "click here" spot on the previous answer brings us a message that days, "The form "OASIS Industry Day Registration - May 13, 2013" is no longer accepting responses."  Is that in error or correct?  Can you direct me to another location to gain access to the registration form?
