OASIS Industry Day and One-on-One Sessions CLOSED

At this time, we would like to let the Industry community know that registration for our OASIS and OASIS SB Industry Day Sessions is now CLOSED. We have reached maximum capacity for all events and at this time we do not have a wait list; however, if space becomes available, we will notify everyone via a new blog posting here on this site.

Please note: for those who cannot attend Industry Day, both sessions will be video recorded and available the following week for viewing via Interact.

In addition, registration for our One-on-One Sessions is now CLOSED as well. We will not be setting up a wait list; however, companies seeking a one-on-one and that have submitted white papers prior to the deadline could be contacted for backfilling any such cancellations.

<p>Can you verify that White Papers are *not* required for attendance at the Industry day but only for those participating in the one on one sessions afterwards?</p>

<p>The demand from industry for access is manifest through how quickly the session was populated. The absence of a waiting list or a follow up session, the physical contraints of the venue, and the inclusion of two representatives from each attendee places an unfair burden upon the firms that could not reserve space and renders the subsequent RFP effort less competitve than is in the public interest.</p>

<p><b id="docs-internal-guid-12b18398-5c54-1a84-f3d8-1a08214d5c07" style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: medium; line-height: normal; font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 13px; font-family: Arial; background-color: transparent; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">I am sorry for your obvious disappointment but must disagree that we have placed an unfair burden on firms. &nbsp;We have limited resources and are trying to make the most of what we have. &nbsp;As stated many times, no information will be presented at the Industry Day that will not also be available here on Interact. &nbsp;I believe that the OASIS Program has been one of, if not the most, transparent acquisitions ever conducted and we feel that we have been very forthcoming with information. &nbsp;To be perfectly clear and under no uncertain terms do I state that participation in person at the Industry Day will have absolutely no bearing on any company&rsquo;s ability to bid and/or win a contract on either OASIS or OASIS Small Business. The competitive process for the OASIS contracts is in no way compromised or diminished by a seating capacity limitation for an Industry gathering about draft forms of the solicitations. All information presented at Industry Day will be shared with the world.</span></b></p>

<p>Please consider having a wait list or even another industry day. I realize we can view it as a video recording, but we don&#39;t get the benefit of interacting with the government or our colleagues. Thanks so much.</p>
