NEW! FAS Sales Reporting Portal (SRP)-Live Demo Webinar Series (Formerly TDR)

GSA Industry Partners are invited to register for this live-demo webinar series (in three parts). Learn how the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Sales Reporting Portal (SRP) supports the collection of data required by FAS procurement programs.

The FAS SRP provides a safe, secure and user friendly portal for you, our Industry Partners, to report both transactional and aggregate level data required by your FAS contracts as well as multiple payment options for remitting the fee required pursuant to your contract. Register for the sessions today!

SRP Session 1

Detailed Information:  Session 1 “Using the Form Entry method to report TDR applicable Sales” will demonstrate how to report Transactional Sales Data via the ‘Form Entry’ method; including the scenario where you are reporting “Zero Sales”. We will also discuss how to adjust sales data and how to make a payment using this application. In instances where downward sales adjustments occur, we will provide you with a basic understanding of what happens when a credit is issued and how it is applied. Finally, we will discuss how to use the search features and how the landing page can and will be your friend (i.e. shortcuts).

Start Time:      09/26/2018 1:00 PM

End Time:       09/26/2018 2:30 PM

SRP Session 2

Detailed Information:  Session 2 “Using the File Upload method to Report TDR applicable Sales” will demonstrate how to report Transactional Sales Data via the ‘File Upload’ method. We will discuss the scenario where you can report multiple TDR eligible Schedule Contracts on one spreadsheet using the file upload method. Finally, we will adjust sales data using the ‘File Upload’ method and discuss the payment process.

Start Time:      10/03/2018 1:00 PM

End Time:       10/03/2018 2:30 PM

SRP Session 3

Detailed Information:  Session 3 “Reporting Quarterly Sales using the Form Entry Method” will focus on reporting summary level data on a ‘quarterly’ basis. Currently, this reporting function is traditionally associated with the 72a system and has been rolled out to a limited number of users in the FAS Sales Reporting System Portal. Migration is ongoing and will result in the FAS Sales Reporting System replacing the 72a system for ALL users. We will demonstrate sales adjustment and payment function as it applies to ‘quarterly’ reporting.

Start Time:      10/10/2018 1:00 PM

End Time:       10/10/2018 2:30 PM

Register: https://meet.gsa.gov/ennr09z5ddxd/event/event_info.html
