GSA is modernizing federal acquisition by consolidating the existing 24 Schedules into one single Schedule for products, services, and solutions. One contract vehicle will make it easier for customers to find total solutions, ensure terms and conditions meet their needs, and eliminate duplicate contracts. Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Consolidation is one of the four cornerstone initiatives of the FederalMarketplace (FMP) Strategy, GSA’s plan to modernize and simplify the buying and selling experience for customers, suppliers, and acquisition professionals.Once the consolidation is completed, customers will experience a more streamlined and simplified buying experience.

Join this month’s webinar and learn more about how the MAS Consolidation will impact your agency and how to navigate the new Schedule.

About Office Hours:

Our monthly Office Hours webinars are designed to answer your questions about professional-services acquisitions and to help you find the right solution for complex requirements. Each Office Hours webinar is an open-forum session connecting federal Contracting Officers and other federal contracting professionals with GSA experts.

OASIS DPA Training

Remember, you can sign up for OASIS DPA training at any time through DAU’s Virtual Campus by searching FAC 152.

DPA training gives Contracting Officers access to the OASIS Unrestricted and OASIS Small Business contract vehicles and teaches best practices for task order issuance. A single DPA will be issued for both OASIS and OASIS SB. Warranted contracting officers (a contracting officer appointed pursuant to FAR 1.603) can request and Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA), which allows direct access to our GWACs. The DPA clearly delineates the roles and responsibilities between the GSA contracting officer and the ordering contracting officer, and complies with the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) executive agent designation to GSA.

DPA requestors must have a .gov or .mil email address. Requestors who do not have a .gov or .mil email address must submit a copy of their warrant as a federal contracting officer to oasisdpa@gsa.gov for consideration.
