HCaTS DPA Training

Date: March 5, 2020 and March 26, 2020

HCaTS is comprised of two indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide contract vehicles: HCaTS and HCaTS SB. These vehicles provide reliable, flexible, fast and efficient ways to obtain the best value customized solutions for human capital management and training requirements. 

Before issuing task orders under HCaTS, Federal Contracting Officers (COs) must complete training and receive a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA). This training covers: basic contract information, scope, ordering process, roles and responsibilities, and resources for HCaTS.
