On behalf of our regional DoD customer, GSA Region 2 is hosting an industry roundtable discussion to understand best practices and critical factors when managing lodging in kind.  An agenda will be shared in advance to guide our discussion. We strongly encourage participation by all businesses. Discussion will be held in person only but meeting minutes will be made available after the meeting for all industry partners.  Please respond to this announcement if you are interested in attending. The tentative location will be Joint Base Fort Dix, New Jersey on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 10am EST to 1pm EST. Please set aside adequate time for approximately 30 minutes to complete the security check in procedures. Submit your point of contact, company name, company address, phone number, and email address. Upon receipt of your contact information, GSA will contact you personally with instructions on how to obtain gate access. Thank you for your interest and support.
