GSA to Host Industry/Customer Day for Contact Center Solutions

The General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) will host an Industry/Customer Day for all interested industry/customer partners who offer Contact Center Solutions. GSA is proposing the establishment of a new Special Item Number (SIN) for Contact Center Solutions (CCS) that will allow federal, state and local agencies to procure innovative contact center services from leading commercial providers.

The purpose of this notice is to:

1) Provide industry with a preview of the scope of the new CCS SIN and receive industry  feedback


2) Invite industry to participate in the upcoming CCS Industry Day.

Join us, either in person or virtually, to learn more  about this effort. Please be mindful that seats for in-person attendees are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis.
