The General Services Administration has extended the response date for proposals for the OASIS Small Business Pool 1, 3 and 4 and OASIS 8(a) on-ramp to June 27, 2019.
The date was changed to allow industry additional time to view the recordings from the recent Virtual Industry Day. To download the industry day slide deck please refer to the

About the OASIS 8(a) On-Ramp
GSA and the Small Business Administration (SBA) collaborated on a strategy that will allow for 8(a) sole source and competitive set-aside availability. OASIS SB will establish 8(a) sub-pools under each pool. These sub-pool contractors will go through the SBA offer and acceptance process to achieve this additional flexibility on OASIS SB. GSA and the SBA are excited to expand access of a Tier 3 BIC contract to the 8(a) community while creating more options for federal agencies to meet their socio-economic goals.
GSA plans to add up to 82 8(a) companies to the contract program in total. It is expected that companies independently awarded SB Pools 1, 3, and 4 -- who are also 8(a) program certified and whose CTAs include only 8(a) participants -- could automatically qualify for these sub-pools.
Further information on all the OASIS on-ramps will continued to be shared in this
