Get More Choices when You Procure Scientific Solutions through the MAS ProgramThe latest technologies and services available through GSA’s Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) program can help researchers and scientists improve people’s lives. With GSA MAS 66 Scientific Equipment and Services, your federal agency can save time and money while gaining access to highly qualified providers who tailor orders for scientific products and services to meet your agency’s unique requirements.

The solutions available through GSA MAS 66 include:

  • Geophysical and environmental analysis equipment,
  • Laboratory instruments and furnishings,
  • Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS),
  • Mechanical, chemical, electrical and geophysical testing services,
  • Testing and measuring equipment,
  • Unmanned scientific vehicles, and
  • Ancillary supplies and services

At GSA, we’re committed to finding operational efficiencies in all procurement vehicles we manage. That’s why we recently enhanced GSA MAS 66 by revising descriptions of Special Item Numbers (SINs) in the solicitation and clarifying the focus and types of services that fall within the MAS’s scope. In addition, we consolidated some SINs to reduce duplication among contract offerings.

Another revision is the removal of the small business set-aside designations for certain SINs in GSA MAS 66. While our commitment to small business remains strong, this change will offer more choices and flexibility to users of GSA MAS 66. Agencies needing to achieve small-business socioeconomic goals can still do so by designating the set-aside status at the task-order level.
