eBuy Is Now open for Agencies to Post EIS Solicitations and Receive Proposals

Using the eBuy system, federal agencies (buyers) may prepare and post Requests for Proposals for services offered under EIS.  For EIS, buyers must notify all sellers listed under the contract.

Once an RFP has closed, buyers may then evaluate and accept the proposal that meets the source selection criteria defined by the buyer. Buyers may then issue an order to the contractor whose proposal has been accepted.  Use of eBuy is accepted as compliance with FAR 16.505.
