Hello Industry partners,
I am pleased to announce the release of the two draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) contract vehicle Phase 2 (Zones 2-6) on FedBizOpps. We’d like to thank you for participating the development process of these documents. We made good use of your feedback to our earlier questions in developing the Unrestricted and Small Business Set Aside draft RFPs, which are both available for viewing and comment on FedBizOpps. These draft RFPs include requirements for future contractors, including:
Anticipated terms and conditions
Evaluation factors and their relative importance
Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW)
Questionnaire
Comments and feedback for both the Unrestricted and the Small Business Set Aside draft RFP will be accepted through February 5, 2016. Questionnaire responses will be accepted through February 19, 2016. Comments posted here (using an Interact profile) and those sent to the Contracting Officer (fssi.bmo@gsa.gov) will be included in the development of the final RFPs for the following proposed zones:
Zone 2 - Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont
Zone 3 - Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina
Zone 4 - Texas, Oklahoma
