Call for Participation: Usability Study for gsa.gov

Seeking Volunteers to Help Improve gsa.gov
In an effort to improve the website, we’re looking for people who may be interested in evaluate the usability of gsa.gov. If you are a federal employee, then you qualify to volunteer to participate in the study. Volunteers will receive no compensation for their participation. 
 
What will I be doing in a usability study?
You will be asked to do several short tasks using a simplified text version of a GSA site. You will also be asked questions about your experience and perceptions of the website.
 
How long is a session?  Fifteen minutes
 
Where and when?
No traveling is required as this is a remote study that will be performed online. You may participate using your office or home computer. GSA will be conducting a series of remote usability studies over the next several months, the first of which will start within the next week.

Please send a reply to kristal.byrd@gsa.gov. For the subject, put “Volunteer GSA UX Study,” and in the body of the email include your name, the name of your employer agency, your government email address, and your daytime phone number.
