Building upon Success to Create VETS 2

For those of you that are new to the VETS 2 Interact page, welcome!  We appreciate you taking the time to check out the site and invite you to stay informed of VETS 2 happenings by clicking the “subscribe here” link on the right-side of the page.
 
The VETS GWAC has been successful in its efforts to increase the government IT contract work available to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). With $1.8 Billion in obligated sales, and 336 task orders under this contract, we are celebrating the work awarded, documenting lessons learned, identifying best practices from sister Small Business GWACs, and engaging customer and industry in discussions of wants, needs, requirements and capabilities. All of this to develop an even more robust second generation contact.
 
As many of you are aware, GSA distributed a customer market research survey during the months of October and November 2014 to gain customer feedback based on past acquisition experience and desired offerings. Then in March 2015, GSA released the Request For Information (RFI) in Fed Biz Opps to evaluate the experience and capabilities present in the SDVOSB IT community. We appreciate the feedback and participation received. We are listening and continue to seek feedback on how best to structure VETS 2.
