Hello Industry Partners,
On October 7, 2016, the Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) strategic sourcing solution posted two Requests for Proposal (RFP) for its Phase II multiple-award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract vehicles on FedBizOpps.
Amendments have been posted for both the BMO Phase II Unrestricted and Small Business RFPs to include the following language in the acceptable relevant project experience:
SECTION M.4.3.2.1 PASS/FAIL REQUIREMENTS FOR RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Number 4 has been changed to read as follows:
“Each project type shall be performed within the following locations:
U.S. Federal Government - Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories/Possessions
U.S. State Government - Contiguous U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii
Non-Government/Commercial - Contiguous U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii
Note: Contiguous United States includes the District of Columbia”
The deadline for proposal submissions has been updated to December 15, 2016 by 5 p.m. EST.
Please make sure you are viewing and using the most current version of the attachments from the amendment. Remember to sign and include all amendments when submitting proposals.
