As Agencies begin to return to normal operations, the MSO is requesting that Agencies report site reopenings by emailing GSAMSO@gsa.gov. These direct communications are requested in addition to the normal processes for updating site operations within USAccess Site Manager and the Assured Identity (AI) Scheduler.
The steps below will need to be followed based on previous site changes made in Site Manager.
Note: When change requests are made in Site Manager, they are normally reviewed by the MSO that business day. As changes for sites are approved they will appear across USAccess platforms accordingly. Keep this timing in mind as you determine dates for resuming operations at your sites.
