2017 Customer Loyalty Survey

The annual Customer Loyalty Survey regarding USAccess and other GSA programs was launched via email on May 2. The purpose of this survey is to help the General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service (GSA FAS) monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Please take some time to fill out the survey and tell us how we're doing. It is very important to our program to hear your feedback so that we can best serve our customer agencies' needs. The survey will be open until June 7.
